Password Request Form

A password is required to access some features of the UFFC Society website, including the Transactions and the Digital Archive. These are not the same as the IEEE Web Account user name and password. The UFFC-S password assigned to you is case-sensitive. If you have forgotten your password, or if you have not yet received your UFFC Society password, please use this form to request one.

You must be a UFFC Society member in order to receive a UFFC Society user name and password.

Upon receiving your request for a password, your membership in the UFFC Society will be verified and a user name and password will be assigned to you. This process may take several days.
