Digital Archive Updates Request Form

 

UFFC members may purchase the original set of DVDs (DVDs 1 and 2) for $100. This set includes publications from 1953 through 2000. Updates starting with DVD 3 are available for free to all UFFC members.

Please use the form below to request updates. All members were mailed DVDs 4 and 5 in January 2009, so please only request these if you did not receive them.

If you indicate that you'd like to purchase the original set of DVDs, you will be contacted to complete the sale.
