The 2010 IEEE Frequency Control Symposium will be held at the Newport Beach Marriott Hotel in Newport Beach, California. The hotel is located at 900 Newport Center Drive. The main telephone number is 949-640-4000.

Special Hotel Rates
A special reduced group rate of $159 per night for a single or double room is available for all symposium attendees. There are a limited number of rooms available at the prevailing Government per diem rate of $128 per night. Government ID, along with Government travel orders, will be required to receive this reduced rate.

Hotel Reservations
Hotel reservations can be made via telephone by calling 1-800-228-9290. Attendees must reference “IEEE” when making reservations in order to receive the reduced group rate. On-line reservations are also available by clicking here. The reservation cut-off date is Monday, May 10, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. (Pacific) time. Reservations received after this time will be accepted on a space available basis at the group rate.

The above group rate is extended for a period of three (3) days before and three (3) days after the symposium dates, subject to availability.

Check-in time is 4:00PM ** Check-out time is 12:00PM

Complimentary guestroom internet access is available for all symposium attendees.

Hotel Parking
On-site self parking is available for symposium attendees at a special rate of $10 per vehicle, per day.
