ABSTRACT Velocities and electromechnical coupling coefficients of Bleustein-Gulyaev waves (GBW) were calculated for two cuts of KTiOPO4 crystal. It was found that velocity and maximum electromechanical coupling coefficient of BGW are equal to about 4482 m/s and 7.4 · 10-4, respectively. BGW in the crystal can find applications in chemical sensors.
