When submitting problems, please include the URL of the article, the page number within the article for each problem, and enough context to find each problem. The location bar will show the URL of the parent page rather than the individual article. To find the URL of the article, place the cursor over the link to the PDF file, but do not click on it. The URL of the article will appear in the status line of your browser. Problems should be reported to reviewer@assochq.org.Please review the paper for content integrity and report errors other than the following types:

• Pages were scanned to optimize character recognition and reduce file size. Figures will have lower quality than the printed original. The quality of halftones and photos will suffer the most.
• Page images may be skewed.
• Searches may return fewer hits than expected. The searchable text was created using Optical Character Recognition (OCR). If the OCR has not correctly identified the word, it will not be returned by a search, even if the image is legible in the PDF file.

Please report any missing pages, but be aware that, in some cases, they are missing from our original source material. Should those pages be found, we will make every effort to incorporate them into the finished product. If you have access to a copy of a missing page, your assistance would be appreciated.

The nature of the IEEE UFFC Digital Archive project is considerably different than the process of producing the printed or online journal to which you are accustomed. The printed material is unbound and then scanned. In order to provide optimum searchability, reduce file size for web delivery, and to reduce the number of CD-ROMs required in that phase of the project, the images used are 300 dpi bitmap (1-bit monochrome) TIFs.

While we would like to correct all errors, there are some types of problems characteristic to this process which cannot be dealt with in a timely manner under the approved project design.
