Travel Support Information

For this year's conference in Honolulu there is a limited travel support budget which will be allocated in the following manner:

1. Travel support for student authors with priority given to students entering the Student Paper Contest
2. Foreign authors who have no Corporate or University sponsorship and would not otherwise be able to attend

All requests for travel assistance must be made prior to the abstract deadline of January 31, 2008.

• Support will only be given to authors whose abstracts are accepted by the Technical Program Committee.
• The author requesting support must be the presenter of the paper.
• Priority will be assigned by the Technical Program Committee based on the relevance and importance of the paper to this conference.

Request for travel support must include the following information:

• Author Name
• Postal mailing address
• Email address
• Title of abstract
• Group abstract was submitted to
• Oral or poster
• Student author?
• Participating in Student Paper Competition?
