Hotel Reservations

The special group rate for attendees is $205 for single or double occupancy. Room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 11.962%. The rates established for all attendees will be available for a period of three days prior to and after the Symposium, based on space and rate availability.

There are a limited number of government per diem rate rooms available on a first-come first served basis and are available to US Government employees only. Government ID and or government travel orders must be presented at time of check-in to qualify for these rates.

Hotel reservations may also be made by calling toll-free 1-800-HILTONS or by calling the hotel directly at 1-808-949-4321, Option 2. In doing so, please be sure to request the discounted group rate for the IEEE Frequency Control Symposium.

In order to be guaranteed the group rate, all reservations must be made by Thursday, April 17, 2008. Reservations received after this date shall be accepted by the hotel on a space available basis at the symposium rates.

Cancellation Policy: In order to confirm a room assignment for your attendees, we will require them to provide a FIRST OR LAST night guarantee, refundable up to 72 hours in advance of arrival date, after which it is nonrefundable.

At this time, Hilton Hawaiian Village is charging an early checkout fee of $50 to any guest who checks out of the hotel before their stated departure date. Guests will have the opportunity to change their departure date at check-in without being accessed the $50 fee. Any changes in the departure date after that will result in the $50.00 early Checkout Fee being charged to the guest.

The hotel's check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am. All guests arriving before 2:00pm will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Bell Desk can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.
