A limited number of government rate rooms are available at $151.00(US) to U.S. Government employees only and are available on a first-come first-served basis. Government ID and/or government travel orders must be presented at time of check-in to qualify for these rates. These reduced group rates are available from August 25th through September 5th, 2005.

Reservations must be made by mentioning the IEEE IFCS PTTI Meeting in order to get discounted rates. The cutoff date for all reservations is August 7th, 2005. Any reservation made after this cutoff date will only be honored on a space available basis. Check-in time at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is Noon. Individual reservations may be canceled without penalty 24 hours prior to the date of arrival.
